SQLSTATE[42601]: Syntax error: 7 ERROR: type modifier is not allowed for type "text"
So thats mean that "length" type modifier should not be presented on install.

I reopen this issue because according to this simpletest, it seems there is still an issue.

Hum, I switch back this issue to fixed, because the patch does "Fix incompatibility with Postgres DB on install".
We will need to understand why one simpletest succeed on Mysql and fail on Postgre. It may be a new issue.
