Count function error message for disqus module on Drupal 8.5 migration

Problem/Motivation

When you run a migration you get this error message on Drupal 8.5.3 version:

[error] Drush command terminated abnormally due to an unrecoverable error.
Error: Declaration of Drupal\disqus\Plugin\migrate\source\DisqusEnabledNodeTypes::count() must be compatible with Drupal\migrate\Plugin\migrate\source\SqlBase::count($refresh = false)

Proposed resolution

Add parameter to count function.
