I am running two sites with very similar configurations. After installing vertical tabs, one of the sites abstracts vocabularies into the vertical tabs interface; the other does not (which is the desired behavior). Since I see no configuration options I am unsure as to why this is the case?

Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
