I've built and run an adult industry (yes, porn) community professionals site by myself for some years, so have a hands on working knowledge of the main Drupal stuff, but not to the level that I now need.
It need to go to the next level. Fans and sales :-)
Existing is D7. New will be D7 unless Commerce 2 can do digital products.
I am building most of the site myself but Jesus, commerce.
I need various things, but the most important is a Commerce solution.
Many of my vendors will want to sell their own content. All content will be virtual/digital (basically files and event tickets).
I need them to be able to do so, in their own shop. They each need their own checkout* My thinking is a MultiSite solution where they each have their own DB running off a single code base but (ideally) all the DB share user tables and login status of the main site. (This is for age verification purposes. Once verified for the main site they are then covered for all the stores).
So - Phase one - drupal multisite. Phase two (once main site ready to go) share user tables and login status.
If you can help, drop me a line. I'm UK based so UK and EU providers preferred simply for time zone issues and easy of actual meeting if required.
FYI - the other issues I will probably need help with will be complex Views, Rules, Flags and Themeing. But Commerce is the stand alone issue so good to solve
*I DO NOT want a system where I collect the money and then distribute to vendors. Yes it would be easier but that solution has major tax implications.
Budget
Yes, I have a budget. Not enough for the big shops, but certainly works for small firms and independents.
