disemvoweling?

I would like to propose to consider disemvoweling as a possible alternative to burrying comments.

basically, this should be an option where you have possibility to remove vowels (aeiou) from comment which have bad karma.

I am even willing to pay a resonable bounty for someone willing to make this feature possible.
