Fields I have grouped under a fieldgroup, disappear after installing the 7.x-1.4 update from 7.x-1.3.
Fieldgroup titles remain and function to collapse or expand, but no fields are visible in the group.
Restored to 7.x-1.3 and fields re-appear in the group.

We have seen a number of issues in 7.x-1.4 which I'm trying to track down. I suspect that yours is related to #1209640.

Please could you try installing the latest dev release, and also apply patch number 29 in that issue. If I get another positive report on that then I'll commit it.

Related issues: +#1209640: The main profile is loaded twice resulting in pre_render getting execute twice (extra fields, field_groups, ...)
