At the moment file gets downloaded, but the progress bar is still loading.

When the export is complete user should see the message that download is complete and click on the file (link - optional).

With this patch, you can save the file in your drupal site's public directory and it will replace it every time you use this feature.
If you wish to keep all the files, you can provide dyanmic filename.
If anyone has better solution, please provide.Till then, I'll also trying to find a way to download the file in your local directory.
