[PP-1] Properly detect if a paragraph is orphan

Problem/Motivation

In #2954039: Fix ::label() logic and add a ParagraphInterface::getOrphanStatus() helper we are introducing some helpers to make it easier to identify if a paragraph entity is orphan (which will allow usage referral, garbage collection, etc).

However, the solution implemented there is partial because in some scenarios it is necessary to query all previous parent's revisions to reliably detect the orphan status.

When #2954512: Store information about a paragraph's parent revision is done, we will have the tools to reliably detect orphan status in those scenarios as well.

Proposed resolution

After #2954512: Store information about a paragraph's parent revision, improve the ::getOrphanStatus() to detect orphan status in all scenarios.
