Have you placed those blocks in a region in your sub theme. Can you check whether those regions are getting rendered for the sub theme.

i am using sub theme based on commerce kickstart but those blocks "AJAX shopping cart" & "AJAX shopping cart teaser" showing in ' commerce kickstart ' but not showing in my sub theme "leseco"

That is weird. In fact, this module was developed on the Commerce Kickstart disribution. The screenshots you see on the module page are from the kickstart. I know it is a silly question - have you placed the blocks provided by this module on appropriate regions. Do you see the other blocks placed in the same region?
