Since Mail mime has not been ported yet, we need to port this class to HTML mail.

It is still throwing an error as in issue [here](https://www.drupal.org/project/htmlmail/issues/2954454) reverting the changes seems to fix that issue.

Unfortunately, a revert is not a solution for that.
Instead, I changed the class used and looks fine.

I added a new patch with code fixed.
