I raised an issue 2945799 "Undefined variable: tag_id in Drupal\metatag\MetatagManager->sortedGroupsWithTags()" which I'm sure is related to this. I added a comment:

"The tag_group is 'schema_article' and the tag_name is 'schema_article_aggregate_rating_votingapi' I'm guessing that this has a lot to do with the other issue I raised about getting 9 'AGGREGATERATING FOR VOTING API' blocks under Basic Tags"

The module causing the problem is the Voting API module. I've added a screenshot to this issue.

This is because of Schema.org Metatag.

Uninstall the Schema.org VotingAPI module. That is marked as experimental and I may just get rid of it altogether.

I am going to mark that module as deprecated and remove it in a future release.
