Content type configuration is only deleted if you use the content type delete form

Problem/Motivation

If you delete a content type not using the content type delete form and the content type is configured to delete revisions, the content type name will remain in the module configuration.

Proposed resolution

Implement the hook hook_node_type_delete() to delete the content type configuration.
