Problem/Motivation

Follow-up to #2926309-47: Random fail due to APCu not being able to allocate memory.

Recently, CI has encountered significant resource problems when using unique apcu prefix. Switching to the same prefix by default helped. Perhaps this problem manifests itself on high-loaded and multiple sites too.

Proposed resolution

It will be great to discuss this more and find the best solution.
