Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to /admin/config/services/mailgun/settings/test
  2. Don't fill Cc / Bcc values.
  3. Click "Send".

Result:

  Notice: Undefined index: cc in mailgun_mail() (line 79 of modules/contrib/mailgun/mailgun.module)
  Notice: Undefined index: bcc in mailgun_mail() (line 80 of modules/contrib/mailgun/mailgun.module).
