Patch applies cleanly, and works as expected.
When combined with schema_metatag-2916438-2.patch from https://www.drupal.org/project/schema_metatag/issues/2916438 Google validates LocalBusiness completely and cleanly.
In other words, with these two patches Organization schema has a minimally viable implementation.

I changed the weight of the item, it was showing up above @type and @name. Now it's in the middle. Thanks!
