Hello,
This seems a great module, but I can't use it after enabling. Readme says a provided block to switch modes, but I couldn't find this block. I tried pressing Tab key, but nothing.
I also started a demo site here: https://duhg1.ply.st
Can you please help me what I'm missing?

The tab method indeed does not apply to Drupal 8 and is only available to the Drupal 7 version. If you go to the block administration page you should be able to add a High contract block to any of your site's regions:

Place high contrast block

If the block is not available, please try uninstalling the module and enabling it again.

Also be aware that this module does not switch between themes. It overrides the colors of the existing theme.
