1. abstract out salesforce_contact entity_info hook info so that it's easier to implement more Salesforce objects
  2. abstract out module so that Salesforce can be swapped out with another integration
  3. potentially change entity_type to be the integration, (for example 'salesforce') and then the salesforce objects would be considered bundles
  4. port to Drupal 8
