This Bug is active by using => PHP 7.0.24

When field collection items are include in a view only the admin role can see the add link and hover links. Any other roles can not seen the add link and the hover funktion when is activated. Only edit and delete are visible. When the node is directly open all items and funktions looking well.

Please help.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
