Hi,

I tried to convert a webform to conversational form.

So far it works, but when the webform should be submitted, the "original" form shows up with an

"type: text / pattern mismatch with title" error (http://jsfiddle.net/trixta/DaDav/).

This happend on my FireFox and my Chrome browser, but not on Edge. On Edge the form is submitted correct.

This should now be fixed. Please test against the latest code from dev branch. Let me know if you still face the issue.
