Problem/Motivation

Once #2911844: Identify the candidate nodes with revisions to delete will be made we need to delete the node revisions. In this issue we should clean at least the revision from the module config page (admin/config/content/node_revision_delete). Batch and cron deletion can be handled in the future in other issues, we need at least one one option to delete the revisions for the beta1.

Proposed resolution

Implement the _node_revision_delete_do_delete() function.
