Don't mess with roles if the role mapping field is empty

Roles are always cleared out on registration / user login if the mapping field is empty. If the field is empty, that should signal that the administrator doesn't want to do any role mapping based on attributes, and this module should leave roles alone. Right now it's clearing out any roles that may already exist on the user.
