alpha_pagination 7.x-2.0-alpha1

This is the first alpha release of the 7.x-2.x branch. This branch contains some significant refactoring of the internal code/classes used. While it functions nearly identically as the previous version and has a ton of new features, it's still considered "unstable". Please use with caution and report any bugs.

Important changes

The "pre_letter_path" option was replaced by "paginate_link_path"
