Change the permission name in the module help page

Problem/Motivation

In the module help page (admin/help/node_revision_delete) the module permissions appears as Administer node revision delete settings
but the name is Administer Node Revision Delete.

Proposed resolution

Change the module permission to Administer Node Revision Delete in the module page.
