1. Create a static archive using these instructions: https://www.drupal.org/node/27882 by way of the httrack method.
2. Create a project on github.com and host the static site on using Github Pages along with all the other sites.
3. Provide greggles a URL to the Github project so he can post the site on https://www.drupal.org/drupalorg/docs/drupalcamp-sites-archive
