We use revisions on our nodes. When I change paragraph content or images in a paragraph, the Paragraph view shows every paragraph change I've ever done on that.

Is there a way that paragraph views only shows the latest revision's paragraphs?

Yeah the views integration is lacking. There's an issue in Entity Reference Revisions about implementing better Views integration. It even has a patch that improves it. But it doesn't contain tests yet, so i can't commit it.

Or is your problem unrelated?
In that case please provide more details about the view configuration and possibly a screenshot as well.
