I see some issues here since long and some of them are a pain even the project I'm working on right now. I request to become co-maintainer and help in fixing them (for instance broken composer integration).

I understand you guys have a plan and roadmap in mind for the module and have lot of experience behind this (you guys are managing this since 7 years now), I assure you I won't commit anything without a discussion. I'll be very strict about pushing only bug fixes and add patches for new support requests which once approved as per plan I'll let you commit or will commit into the module.

I also tried to reach out to attiks on drupal.slack.com (well it was today only), and I'm sure you won't mind one more helping hand :)
