This needs to make it clear that you don't need this permission to buy a license.

Something like:

Thanks @karthikkumarbodu! My only feedback would be that _maybe_ we want restrict access: true on this one. I'm un-assigning it as I think it's the right thing to do when you're done working on it (could be wrong on this :D).
