I have created the exposed filter its show on front end but when i click on apply button its shows in url like employees?combine=sumit but nothing could show please refer the below screenshots

Try running the sql against your database directly, easiest way to view the sql is to enable "Show the SQL query" on /admin/structure/views/settings.

Is employee name really all lowercase and first name only?
Maybe check case sensitivity and try different operators, e.g. "Contains" instead of "Is equal to".
