Lightning has provided a patch for drush since the introduction of inherited profiles. Previously, Lightning pointed to the diff generated by an uncommitted PR against Drush.

That diff is subject to change if additional commits are made to the PR branch. The purpose of this issue is to provide a stable place to host the patches to Drush.
