Provide a Purger plugin to the purge project

Hi,

Its Niels from the purge project, which makes it really easy to invalidate caches on CDNs like MaxCDN. It would be really great if you or someone else has time to build a purger plugin as part of your project, which allows the purge module to invalidate URLs/TAGs/etc from this CDN.
