Enable filter subsystem by cities

Geohide must be able to filter by city: A field that collects the city.
Idea: OR, AND operations to select inclusions and additions to ensure it filters well, because the results can come as "Seville" or as "Sevilla". To avoid this, add a logic of summable fields with AND / OR operations to choose from the user.
