I am attempting to read the documentation for this module. There is a link on the project page to http://skinr.org/ for skinr-7.x-2.x information.

This web site has a slideshow / carousel with a few "easy steps" to configure and begin using skinr-7.x. The slides automatically advance with no (obvious) option to pause, making them effectively useless to anyone with vision issues. I cannot read them fast enough for the speed at which they are replaced by the next slide.

That website seems to have no contact information on it, and the WHOIS record has domain protection, so I'm posting about this here instead.

Please help. A tutorial which can be paused would be infinitely more useful.

Presently there is no documentation for 7.x whatsoever. How are we supposed to figure out how to use this module?

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
