Configure price rule compatibility with other rules

It should be possible to determine whether a price is compatible or not with other price rules. The desired behavior should be:

1. If a price rule is applicable to a product, apply the rule calculation and update the product price.
2. Next, if the price rule is not compatible with other price rules, this is the final product price calculation.
3. If the price rule is applicable with other price rules, proceed to the next rule. If the next price rule is not compatible with other price rules, skip and proceed to the next one. If the next price rule is compatible with other price rules, apply the rule to the updated product price.
