Hi,

I have took a clone of Views module 8.x-3.x version ( git clone --branch 8.x-3.x https://git.drupal.org/project/views.git ), I see old way of module like .info , .module , .inc files in drupal 8 version.

This is just a question from maintainers and developers, That why Views module is not ported in a drupal 8 way , where we have , info.yml , .routing.yml etc.

Is there any reason for not doing this?

I checked views module in core distro and it looks fine, Dont know why it is not available when we clone from git.

It's available in the core repository in /core/modules/views. See https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/git-instructions
