We're using webform_select_limit in a scenario where drafts are enabled. With the current logic, this means that draft records are still counted against the overall limit for a given component value, resulting in false limit counts. We've patched the function to use a subquery to exclude drafts from the value count. (Will attach patch shortly.)

#2 patch and the current dev version appear to be missing the semicolon at the end of:

->condition('is_draft',0);

which results in WSOD.
