When I'm trying to copy local files to S3 module creates root folder inside root folder and then public folder (s3://s3_root/s3_root/public_folder) (Not correct)

After export files drush process, all new files located in (s3://s3_root/public_folder) (Correct)

Here is the patch.

It works for "copy local files" drush and admin UI actions.
