Sometimes we need to make more difficult checking before using theme_lazyloader_image than it exists in module`s setting page.
Therefore would be great to have some hook to make it possible to intervene in theme_lazyloader_image logic

Case in point: I have to only enable lazyloading for images after the first three content units ("below the fold"), but not above.

Adapted for 8.x : allow modules to modify vars prior to lazyfication and skip lazyfication by adding a "lazyloader_ignore" property in $vars.

Also fix some coding standards issues regarding spaces.

This one works for a year now, on the site for which this patch was designed, I guess it is ok for RTBC !
