Currently, PDF's are being created on demand, when requested by users. There should be an option to create PDF on invoice creation. If invoices were bulk created (e.g. on a monthly cron job), there should be a way to defer PDF creation in a low-priority queue job.

Added a rules action which creates a PDF document for a given invoice. If advancedqueue module exists, it allows adding the job into the queue instead of immediate execution.
