Add more control over numeric items

Currently, the numeric items are an "all or nothing" approach.

There's several features that currently don't exist that would give a whole lot more control when dealing with numeric items:

• Showing a single label (#) opposed to all 0-9 items
• Hiding numeric item(s) if there are no numeric items
• Adding a "numeric divider" item between numeric items (0-9) and the alphabet (for styling purposes)
