It would be great, if there is separate function for sending message, so that developer can just invoke that function with message and route.

Thanks @manojbish_drupal. There was a parse error due to missing ";" and instead of "Please send mobile number" it should be "Please provide mobile number". Will be Fixed will pushing your code. Thanks!!.
