Changed place of links

Thanks for a great theme :-)

I've changed the place of links with time and user from place in down part to te upper part.

Also there was a conflict between tags and links under the content in nodes, so I've changed places.

Sorry. O can't make patches, so I attach new files: comments, node, page.
