After updating webform to 5.x-beta10 or later one gets following error:
ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\webform\WebformHandlerBase::__construct(), 4 passed in /.../webform_icontact/src/Plugin/WebformHandler/WebformIcontactHandler.php on line 30 and exactly 5 expected in Drupal\webform\WebformHandlerBase->__construct() (line 73 of modules/webform/src/WebformHandlerBase.php).
