I have noticed that you have section similar projects in your module desc.
Can you mention about https://www.drupal.org/project/entity_unique - that is similar but works for all entities not only for nodes.
It also uses combination of selected fields values to determine is entity is unique or not.

I have already mentioned about your module in entity unique module description.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
