Is There any way to publish content remotely like windows live writer because many site owners don't want to go and login to the site all the time because site load may take time or may be drupal interface looks confusing to non technical site owners, so is there any such option to post content remotely, like through xml-rpc. Please any suggestions?

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
