Klausi stepping down from all leadership positions

The Community Working Group asked me to step down as core maintainer and PHPUnit initiative lead in order to allow the community time to heal and to give others time to rebuild trust with me. I agreed to that.

Sorry to let you down. I will be reachable if you need anything from me or just want to talk.

To make this as smoothly as possible I have asked @dawehner to take over PHPUnit initiative coordination.
* Basic Auth: low maintenance module, and there is still juampy you can address any questions to.
* REST: Wim Leers has pretty much taken over this already, so this is in good hands.
* Testing framework: in good hands with alexpott, Berdir and dawehner
