Fatal error: Class 'Drupal\workflows\Entity\Workflow' not found

Hi,
I have a local Drupal installation on a vagrant machine (DrupalVM) and I was just trying to update it from 8.2.7 to 8.3.0.
I ran composer update and then drush updb -y, unfortunately I got this error:
