Hi, I'm trying to set up the cloudinary_storage_redis module with my working Redis installation but get the following fatal error:

Error: Call to a member function hgetall() on string in Redis_Cache_PhpRedis->get() (line 48 of …/sites/all/modules/contrib/redis/lib/Redis/Cache/PhpRedis.php).

I added some debug statements to that file and it seems like the storage class is being registered as a string ("cloudinary_storage_redis"), but I'm not sure how to debug further. Any help would be appreciated!

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.

If the issue remains relevant for D10+ versions, merge requests with proposed solutions for a new module version (D10+) are welcome in a new follow-up issue.
