Currently after a user submits the Node Display Title configuration form there is no confirmation that the save operation was completed. Should add a confirmation saying "Node display title configuration has been updated".

Thanks for the patch. Rather than altering the form, I prefer to update the original settings form. I have based this on functionality provided by system_settings_form(). I have created a patch for review.

D7 reached its EOL back in January 2025, and there is no active release for D7 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D7. All D7-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.
