Here is how to reproduce the error :

  1. Create a Sitewide context with Always active checked
  2. Choose a Breadcrumb reaction
  3. Select -- None -- in the select list
  4. Save

Then I get a PHP Notice :

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in context_reaction_menu->get_active_paths() (line 140 of /sites/all/modules/contrib/context/plugins/context_reaction_menu.inc).

Removed '--None--' option from Breadcrumb and Menu reaction because this problem was happening on both cases and I don't see any use case for this option.

Reviewed the --None-- option, and i saw that it is used to hid the menu, even though in Drupal8 version it doesn't have its option, i think is better to leave this in case is anyone using it on Drupal7. Changing back to Active.
