In Panopoly 1.x for Drupal 7, we used Linkit on the WYSIWYG as well as link fields on any of our widgets. This provided a great user experience that we should add back into Panopoly 2.x for Drupal 8! Since we ended up using it all over the place, and not just in the WYSIWYG, I think we should consider putting this in panopoly_core rather than panopoly_wysiwyg (like it was in D7)

I installed LinkIt 8.x-4.3 on a Panopoly 8.x-2.x-dev site. I used configuration equivalent to what we have in Panopoly 7.x. I'm able to add the LinkIt button, but autocomplete fails to return results in my testing. I'll try to look into this more.
